Barrel fermented and aged for 3 years on the yeast lees. Delicate brioche and toasted nut aromas.
The golden hues and fine bubbles compliment the wine’s honeyed richness. All the components are complimented by a fresh citrus acidity that leads to a long mouth-watering finish. Perfect as an apéritif or paired with seafood.
