Blanc de Blancs 2014
Fermented in a combination of neutral oak barriques and stainless steel tanks and then aged for a minimum of 24 months on yeast lees.
The golden hues and fine bubbles compliment the wine’s honeyed richness. Delicate brioche and toasted nut aromas are complimented by a fresh citrus acidity that leads to a long mouth-watering finish. Perfect as an apéritif or paired with seafood.
Winner of a gold medal at both the International Wine and Spirits Competition 2016 and International Wine Challenge 2016.
