This Rosé is our first ever still made from 82% Pinot Noir and 18% Chardonnay from the outstanding and sunny 2018 vintage. Made thanks to spontaneous fermentation and left unfined.

On the nose it has aromas of redcurrant and raspberry leaf with delicious hints of strawberry and red apple on the palate. The finish is creamy and refreshing.

This wine can be equally enjoyed as an aperitif or with an al fresco lunch on a wonderful sunny day!
