Fizz Friday at Langham Wine Estate on the 6th April includes a crab cracking demo with Sally from Sally's Fish Camp and a three course menu including two glasses of Langham fizz.

Local crab cakes with a sweet chilli dipping sauce or
stuffed field mushroom topped with coastal cheddar (v)

Pasta with a crab & prawn sauce or
vegetarian bolognaise sauce (v) with side salad

Lemon & ginger crunchy posset
