Join Tom, our Vineyard Manager, for the morning and learn the basics of this key process in the grape growing year, vital for the healthy development of your vines, followed by the chance to put your newly learned skills into practice.
Tom will also talk about how to care for your tools and how the theory of pruning can be adapted to other plants in your garden. Then head back to our tasting room for a tutored tasting, a glass of Langham Wine and a seasonal two-course meal from our chef Andrew James.
