To Start:
Portland crab chowder or roasted red pepper & tomato soup (v), with a glass of Classic Cuvee 2014

To follow:
Slow cooked Dorset venison in Langham sparkling wine or Dorset field mushroom stuffed with spinach nutmeg & coastal cheddar (v). Introducing the Blanc de Noirs 2013

To Conclude:
A rich chocolate liqueur mousse
