Our wines are made solely from the classical Champagne varieties Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Pinot meunier. Every bunch is carefully hand-picked and processed using a mixture of old and new techniques in our on-site winery.
We only use the Traditional Method, utilising a second, in bottle fermentation, to produce the sparkle. Each bottle is then aged on yeast lees for a minimum of 18 months before being disgorged and aged further under cork. Only when we are 100% satisfied with the wine will we release it for sale.

Classic Cuvée 2014
Our traditional brut is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Pinot meunier. Barrel fermentation and ageing adds richness and depth. Aged for 24 months on yeast lees and 6 months on cork before release.

Blanc de Blanc 2014
An exceptional wine from an exceptional vintage. Made from 100% estate grown Chardonnay and aged on lees for a minimum of 24 months. Honeyed, brioche richness is balanced by a fresh acidity.
Our fruit driven Rosé consists of 90% Pinot noir and 10% Chardonnay. Aged for 24 months on yeast lees. Reminiscent of English summers with aromas of cherries, and strawberries and cream.

Blanc de noirs 2013
Only made in limited quantities, the 2013 offering of our Blanc de noirs is as stunning as ever. A blend of 58% Pinot noir and 42% Pinot meunier, and aged on lees for 24 months.

Classic Cuvée Reserve 2011
50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot noir. Carefully selected parcels of barrel aged wine were bottled without being fined or filtered. Aged for 36 months on yeast lees.
