Using your vouchers

You can apply your gift voucher code in the checkout.

Tours

• Vouchers are valid for a year from the date of purchase.  Please be aware that you do not have to have attended a tour by the expiry date of the voucher, but simply have used the code to make a booking, which could be after the expiry date of your voucher.
  
• Guided Tour Vouchers and Winemaker Experience Tour Vouchers may only be redeemed against their respective tours.  If you want something more flexible, please purchase our monetary gift vouchers here.
• Guided Tour Vouchers and Winemaker Experience Tour Vouchers may not be exchanged for use in our shop or café.  If you want something more flexible, please purchase our monetary gift vouchers here.
• Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.

Tours

Booking Instructions

• Put the number of people you would like to book for in the “Persons” box.
• Select your preferred date on the calendar below; when you click on a date it will then show you how many spaces are left for that day.
• If the square is coloured red, or you are unable to click on it, this means that this date is either already fully booked or unavailable.
• Once you have found a date, please make sure that you select your preferred tour time by clicking the box that appears below the calendar that says “10:30am” or “2:30pm”.
• Click the tick box to add £25 towards lunch before or after your tour. Alternatively, you can book at table in our café for any of the other available menus.
• Finally, click “Book Now” and a tab should appear at the side of the screen that gives you the option to continue shopping, or
  to proceed to checkout. If you have a voucher, you will be given the option to put the code in at the checkout stage.
