Blanc de Noirs 2022 brings together 61% Pinot Noir and 39% Pinot Meunier, grown on the chalk soils of rural Dorset. For this single-vintage sparkling wine, we draw on the exceptional 2022 growing season, fermenting entirely in old French oak barrels to build texture and complexity while allowing the purity of the fruit to shine.

The wine opens with fresh orchard fruit and raspberry yoghurt, alongside delicate floral notes of violet, almond blossom and fennel. Aromas of thyme and mandarin peel add further complexity.
The palate is dry, textured and pithy, with notes of grapefruit, white pepper, apricot and elderflower, underpinned by savoury hints of bay leaf, barley and salty umeboshi plum. A distinctive saline character carries through to a long, precise finish.
