Over the course of August Daniel, our Winemaker, and Tommy, our Assistant Winemaker, bottled over 60,000 bottles across several blends of sparkling and still (for the first time!) wine.
Our usual storage facilities (those of you who have been on one of our tours will be familiar with the wine store) did not have enough capacity to store the latest vintage and so we had to come up with a new solution. Luckily we had access to some disused underground tunnels that, after a small restoration job, were more than perfect for the task.
