On Wednesday 22nd June our Head Winemaker Tommy Grimshaw will host a Guided Tour and Tasting.
Harpers Wine and Spirits recently included Tommy in their 30 Under 30 list, and named him as one of only 6 champions, out of the 30 names who made the list. Tommy lives and breathes the English Wine Industry, taking on the role of Head Winemaker of Langham a couple of years ago, when he was just 24. He also co-founded a wine business, Emerging Vines, with two friends which aims to bring the very best English & Welsh Wines to consumers through an online shop and fun tasting events. This passion for the industry led Harpers to name Tommy their Commitment Champion.
When you arrive for your tour, we will give you a glass of our Blanc de Blancs 2018. After spending time in the vineyard and winery learning about our winemaking processes, the team from Langham Vineyard Kitchen will provide a delicious two course lunch.
On Thursday 23rd June we invite you to attend an initimate Wine Dinner, for just 30 people, in our winery. Our tanks and barrels, filled with the 2021 vintage wines, will surround you as you enjoy a 4 course meal paired with our exceptional sparkling wines.
The evening will begin at 6:30pm with a glass of fizz and vineyard walk with our new Vineyard Manager, James. We will then lead you to the winery where Tommy with guide you through the wine pairings for each course and give you an insight to our plans for the future.
