Corallian

A lively blend of 62% Chardonnay, 29% Pinot Noir and 9% Pinot Meunier from 2017 with 10% reserve wine. Subtle aromas of cut grass, with notes of oyster shell and baked apple. The palate has a fine mousse with a saline focus, stewed apple flavours, an integrated citrus acidity and a delightfully long finish.

Culver

An elegant blend of 66% Pinot Noir, 24% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay from 2017 with 6% reserve wine. Bright aromas of red apple, plum, strawberry yoghurt and toasted brown bread. The palate has a fine mousse with orchard and stone fruit flavours, alongside a zesty acidity, nice salinity and a long finish.
